Two years later Tania coordinated the opening Restaurant Polanco Bakery in El Palacio de Hierro Coyoacan with a different concept of Bakery, which includes salads and savory food. In addition, Restaurant Polanco Bakery is positioned as one of the best bakery´s in the Mexico. This business grows exponentially with the selling of fondant cakes¨Wow Cakes¨. This includes achieving different partnerships with different brands. In 2010 under the direction of the Chefs Jared and Sonia, she participated in the creation of the concept and design of Restaurant Polanco Bakery in Polanco.
This has been confirmed by several magazines, including Life & Style. Guided by the Chef Sonia Arias, we created different strategies to position the restaurant as one of the best in Mexico City.
